Haha! can you imagine seeing my post.. Those who came Brunei before should know that there is no Internet access in their camp especially to troops. The most drastic change after a few months since i last visited here, was Internet access in the canteen (free for all)!
This time round came over to Brunei with a different role. No need to march, rush the packing of field pack and sticking to tight time schedule. Felt more freedom and relax specially in this slow pace country.
just came back from a navigation exercise which lasted for 3D2, before that the renowned "swamp walk".Not a bad experience as i had been thought it, know the terrain, tricks and tips to overcome them. This time round, i also leading my 'men', cant sia suay! So far,was the first to come out from swamp walk and the navigation exercise..
About 1 more week to push through, was appointed the exercise OC for a Coy mission which is the highlight of this trip, even the CO of my battalion is coming down for it. The mission comprises of overcoming MT Biang, before that doing a combat swim..
Cant wait to be back S'pore.. may be having a outing with my men, and next highlight is Pauline's and Kelvin's Bday!!!
