New Home!

After keep hearing from me that i will be moving again for the pass few months, this time it is really going to happen 'soon'.

Yesterday just went to view the apartment in Tampines. Not bad, 5 rooms, 1 balcony, spacious living room and kitchen! Parents intend to use up one of the room for religious purpose, while catered the balcony and the area outside the apartment for my bicycle stuff.

Had stayed at Changi Rise for the pass 2 years, yet don't get to fully utilized the facilities like the gym, pool and function room. Anyway, condo wasn't my parents long term accommodation plan. They bought it for investment purpose.

Finally back to HDB, not used to the toilet being far away at the kitchen area. At night urgent how~! scared of dark leh! haha..

So information about the new apartment:
Tampines Ave 7, Blk 393 #10-251.
Floor area, 128sq.
Located at the corridor end which means lesser people walk pass.
All the rooms facing Ngee Ann Sec Sch, good view across and better privacy.
Haha already sounded like a property agent!

Estimate to move over around April/May. when i am about to ORD!!!
