haha wad a lame title.. Anyway had been it for my breakfast for the past few weeks, find it really filling either for a breakfast or post-training meal.
Here whats in the meal.
3 slices of bread, 1 egg, 1 ham (mock) & 1 slice of cheese
Placing of the layers is quite tricky, first few time i placed the egg on the bottom w/o breaking it. Soon find out that when i eat till the yolk portion, all the yolk will be gushing and get all over my hands.
So after a few messy meal, i had decided to burst the egg (then WTF i cook the yolk till so nice for, argh!) and spread it like butter.
Faster place the ham and cheese over and flip the whole sandwich upside down. So now egg will be on top and cheese at the bottom, yolk will be absorbed by the bread underneath it and would not flow out easily.
I also prefer to toast the bread with egg and cheese.
For this, i finally master how to cook a good looking egg (at least the yolk doesn't break or overcook).
Trick is quite simple.

- Cheese will melt and egg will be more cooked.
- The bread will be more crispy and hardens a little.
- If you eat it w/o toasting, you will find that the bottom layer of bread is unable to support the whole sandwich, hence will feel like the whole sandwich is sagging

Trick is quite simple.
- Break the egg into a small bowl.
- Make sure that the frying pan and oil is hot but the fire set to small.
- Now pour in only the egg white, not the yolk
- When egg white is more or less cooked, put in the yolk.
- Bu the time the yolk is cooked, the egg white will be crispy. which i like !
