Disappointed in my performance

Damn! just completed a SOC maintenance this morning. Noticed that my fitness level had plunged alot as compared to CSLC days. NO excuses to push blame on other factors, as everyone also haven been doing SOC and same training programme yesterday.

Was really very disappointed when i could not clear almost all the obstacles with ease, had fear in me when going through some low height obstacles. There wasn't any drive in me to carry out the the training today, however I'm sure i am not the only one.

Really got to pull up my smelly socks before going back for COCC, Commando Officer Conversion Course.
