Must be wondering why is there a week 0? Well, my official training week starts on week 1, however find that my week 0 training programme is quite challenging, hence decided to include it.
160507 2100hrs - Run
Workout: Mileage + Speed Work
Description:
Warm up 3km,
4 x 400m, (1:30,1:30 rest).
Distance: 6km
Feeling: Initially intend to do 6 x 400m, however too tired so decided to gave up and end it with 4 sets.
200507 0630 - Bike + Run
Workout: Mileage (Bike), Speed Work (Run)
Description:
20km bike to Yio Chu Kang
400, 600, 800 interval, avg timing 1:30
20km bike to Pasir Ris
Distance: 40km (Bike), 3km (Run)
Feeling: Was almost like a brick training with speed for the run. The leg is so stiff that after the ride to YCK, i cant even do a proper warm up run.
