Wah have been a long time since i wrote a post on bicycle. Well recently get to built up another road bike for a team mate, Glenn. Noticed that a bicycle related post is damn expensive! A post like this can cost a few hundreds or thousands..

Setup this bike with White/Red/Black Theme. Ultegra SL groupset is stripped from my CUBE bike. Glenn managed to get his own Frameset, Wheels and Aerobar. Rest were bought from Togopart Market Place. Would prefer Ultegra SL Pedal and maybe a more matching wheelset for the bike.

Anyway after the lost of my 2 beloved commute bike, DEAN and Cannondale.. I decided to strip my CUBE and Identiti also. Recapitalize my capital and start off afresh. Maybe can go back to building 2nd hand bikes. Its also thanks to the sudden bike projects that i had in hand and mind.

Still considering whether i should invest on some bike tools. Have been borrowing from Mr Teo all this while. Maybe buy piece by piece on those most often used tools first.

Currently also having ideas on how to setup a bike for Coach's Friend, Han. Thinking of setting up a similar looking bike like Glenn's with a Argon18 Radon Frame.

Argon18 Radon

Hoping to clear my Easton components together with the frameset. However there is a few considerations
  1. Carbon handlebar cant use aerobar in future.
  2. Personally i find that EC90 components on this frame can be quite overkill
  3. Budget can be kept in limit however 2.7k is like first hand price for Ultegra spec-ed and aluminium frame (to me)
Looking at the strong US currency, i also been thinking about selling them in eBay. Need to do some market research before venturing into it.

Next project is how to convert my CUBE frame into a SS commuter bike with the least cost.
  1. Old Cinelli handlebar, Titanium Seatpost and Topline Crank from Coach, which is still with me.
  2. Syntace Stem which i lend out.
  3. Wilson's retired Shimano Wheelset.
  4. Maybe brake lever and square tapered BB from Nicholas.
Theme of the bike will preferably be Titanium, Black and Silver.

Last will the the Kestral which is still laying around at my balcony. Still trying to get buyers for it. Current potential user is Mervyn, however is on quite a strict budget and wants a more 'normal' looking frame.
