Its 初六 and i started working, going to miss the steamboat session at my uncle's place also! Working outside catering within the 15 days of CNY, sure get 红包! So looking forward for the 红包 to be given to us at the end of the day..
Event: Outside Catering, Standing Buffet at Leong's House (not our Leong Foo Wen)
Venue: Around Simei ITE area, Guan Soon Ave. Landed Property.
Reported work at 9am, do up some preparation work and left at 10plus. Reached the host house before 11pm.

First thing we do when we arrived: UNLOAD! What i hate about unloading is when the lorry is on a SLOPE~ especially when pulling chairs down. In total we have 3 truckload, each for BQT, Stewarding and Chefs (which arrived later around 3plus)

Spend a few minutes exploring the external area of the owner's house, like the Koi pond, it has a walkway beside it for guests to get close with the fishes.. Also from the inside of the house, you can open the sliding door and the next step is into the pond!
What we can really do at the time is setup the area and buffet line, layout all the table cloths and chairs. Very brief and minor tasks as some of the plates are dirty, some table cloths too big so need to wait for the afternoon truck trip. Had our lunch pretty early at 1230.

Had our lunch at the back area. Wah! Had quite a good menu for today! Most of us ate 2 boxes of ingredient. The host even even out and invited us into his dining area to eat. But all of us prefer to stay at the back area as its more 'comfortable' for us. Imagine Rahimah misbehaving, FW and Anand childish argument.. haha! The quiet back area suddenly being injected with lots of laughter and chattering.
Back to work again at 1pm, did some minor touch up to the setup, clear the unwanted stuffs and settle back area. Then we go for another round of 'break' again! haha, less than 1 hours we are back to our cosy corner..

Felt a sudden urge to visit their toilet after lunch. The toilet is so freaking BIG! that i take some time snapping the pictures of it. When seating on the toilet bowl, the toilet roll is one arm length away, that my ass is almost lifted when trying to reach for it! That roughly how wide it is...

Weather is so hot outside, that the owner/or the maids? invited us into the house to sit. We all sat at their kitchen area. Were told we can help ourselves with the CNY snacks on the table. So CH and RHM helped themselves with the pineapple tarts. Since we can help ourselves with the snacks so means the Bak Kua on the table is included la! haha
Anyway just when we finish our snacks, the host can over.. Maybe I'm too comfortable in the kitchen area, that i greeted the host 'UNCLE' instead of 'SIR'.. I find it perfectly normal until i see the glare from everyone's eyes.. Then i knew that i greeted wrongly. RHM commented that "you can eat their bak kua, doesn't mean he is your friend/'uncle'.. haha! Now thinking of it still makes me feel peisah..
The functions doesn't have much to share about, just a simple standing buffet. Only thing that caught my eyes for the whole functions is this sex bomb with this superb figure. Nice curve, tanned and smooth skin, solid bumper but comes with a face like the barbie doll , Bratz.

Throughout the buffet, find some chance to tryout some paste made by our chefs. They have a selection of sauces, pastas and the ingredients. So its pretty customized to your preference. Also had some tempura prawns & prawn dumpling (skin abit thick).. Nearing the end of events, we had our own 'standing buffet'
Well, till now i have roughly go through all the happening stuffs we had on this event. End of the day, we really got a big 红包 from the host, more than what was given during 初一 outside catering. But the most take back memory for this event is the humbleness of the host. His family got very good up bringing, just by looking at his sons whom one of them even helped us to 'dig' out the soup bowl which dropped into their dirty pond.
