Training confession

Have been lazy and not motivated to train for past few weeks. Maybe because Singapore Biathlon is not my 'performing' race. A short summary of what training i did for pass 2-3weeks? Just to log down how i feel for certain run and swim sets

Run:
5k TT: 22:15min
10x 400m: Avg 1:27
6x 800m: Avg 3:12

Have been stuck with the 22min TT timing.. Will train forward for sub 22. Now quite addicted to interval training, running faster with more rest. 10x400 and 6x800 pace was told to run faster than the pace chart. Really can feel the kick, HR pushing a painful but manageable point.

Wils ran a 2:45 for his 6x800. Wah! For me, after each run i need to undergo a electrical cardioversion during the 1:30min rest and continue for next run!

Swim
Swim have been sucky. Now training is packed with 1.5km swim sets. Quite demoralized to hear it, not to mention executing it.. Maybe im too focus on my run than swim. Now just hope that my current swimming proficiency can get me thought Singapore Biathlon.

Biathlon
Ok, did 2 biathlon trainings for the past 3 weeks. Done in Sentosa is 2 sets of 800m Swim and 5k Run. While another is in TP, 1.5k Swim follow by 400m swim and 5km run. Can see that coach is moving on the 'transition' part for her training. Missed another 2x Biathlon training yesterday.

Whats next
Had ran 2x 10km by myself. Hope can integrate it into my present lifestyle. Would take up much time as it wouldn't go more than 1hr. Just need to be discipline to run. Potential dates usually are the days after work. Will aim to run in the evening round 5plus 6. So any kakis, if keen in running Tampines Area without much fuss of traveling, can text me!

Looking froward to run for Sundown, even thou the race is after Sing Bia and its in May. Will start its training in Mid March. Will refer back to coach's old sets for Standard Chartered, but with a change of route to familiarize with the totally different route.

Need more motivation

im trying to make you train harder so to improve faster. But you can talk cock during 10x50m, means the 10x100m, you still not shag enough..
