Yin and YangFinally I'm finish with this race! Small one to keep momentum for the subsequent races. Didn't do race plan, hence overestimated the swim route. Turned out to be 1 lap instead of 2! Made a mistake of taking my time swimming. But anyway, cant go any faster also. haha!
Run was good, exit the swim just nice after the drizzles stops. Ground is wet but run is cooling. Within first 2km, got pwn-ed by Wilson liao. Only managed to get into optional pace after the turn around at NSRCC.
Overall the timing should be around 1hr 35mins +++
Rushed off with Wilson at 10plus, trying to find a cab near bayshore condominium. Damn! took us almost 20mins to board on 1 cab! Straight away drop Wilson off at my place, collect my free SPA voucher then head straight for T3.
Every time after a race. We will be bound to knockout.. Don't know why, just sitting in the uncomfortable cab also can doze off. Energy seems to be vacuumed out from us once we started resting.
Wait a while more for my most anticipated visit to BODY CONTOURS FOR SPA!!
