Ya my mom came up with a new recipe after making the family drank the same recipes for the past few months. Gotten this new recipe from her religious friend whom is a veteran in making fruit enzyme.

Processing the aloe vera was not easy. Sitting right next to my mom, watching her chopping the fruits up is tedious, especially for aloe vera. Why? Chopping it up into chunky pieces, allowing the sticky sap to flow out before she can continue. The process takes about 30mins to get the sap drip out. Next, Skinning the aloe vera, pretty much easy. Only when comes to dicing them, the skinned aloe vera are 'running' about, making it hard to dice.

Total of 3 layers, consist of 2units of apple and aloe vera each, 1unit of kiwi and lemon each for every layers. Looking forward to taste this new fruit enzyme recipe.
