Pro Term: Week 10

Yes finally another week is over. this week is pretty easy for me.It was break down into 3 parts; Simulated firing practise on Mon and Tues, commander OCS area inspection on Wed, Live firing on Thurs and Fri, lastly jungle survival lesson on Sat.

Some of the hidden activities within is the following:

Ultimate area cleaning. It took away most of our admin and sleeping time for past two weeks. In the end, the inspection only lasted for less then one hour for the whole wing.

Jungle Confidence Course briefing. After hearing the break down of the course, i felt relieve and instead looking forward for it. Always wanted to go for a survival course since secondary school to apply my camp craft skills. Three navigation exercises is really a killer!

Water confidence training and test. Not a problem to me. But the PTI seriously got problem in giving his instruction and temper. All we did is trap water for 5mins and swim 50m in 'long 4'.

Live firing. Was very disappointed in myself not getting the marksmanship, watching my $200 fly away just like that. Wing Comd should be encourage people to retest yet our wanna us to stop retest.

Enough of Army life, today i went down to ECP to watch my juniors doing their biathlon. Was surprise to see some of them improved alot! some even better than my past timings. Although the timings of the participate is screwed up dont know due to what reason. I wanna say that my juniors really did a good job! (will be even better if their transition dont wear socks!)

Was aiming this scott road bike, Scott AFD frame with CR1 fork, spec'ed with ultegra parts and bontrager select wheelset, selling for 1.3k. Wanna make a trip to Bukit Batok(thats really far from my place) in the end cancel the idea and postpone the viewing to next weekend.
